With our first Life Instyle Exhibition around the corner the Milly and Eugene team continue to busily prepare our products for the trip down to the royal exhibition building in Melbourne. The Milly and Eugene collections are eye-catching, individual and of course, colourful! Keeping our focus on leading edge design and love of colour in mind, Milly and Eugene's latest collections have seen us go geometric mad! The use of fine line and straight edge creating geometric patterns that are then complimented by our passion for all things bright and colourful is a clear influence in our latest collections adding to the mix of our funky homewares.
Geometric inspired design creates a strong look, it's bold, captivating, versatile, timeless and looks beautiful in any home. At Milly and Eugene we now have dozens of these products available to our customers. Our pastel ceramics series in the 8 piece cup set is the perfect gift for someone special or even yourself! The matching geometric rock vase set in the same pastel colours also compliments any living space beautifully. With these new collections we have also experimented with geometric design and adding metallic finishings which can be seen with our new wire range, that includes frames, baskets, wall hangings and light pendants, available in silver, copper and black metallic finishes. Our geometric jars also continue to be popular this season combining neutral tones with small, but bright bursts of colour. We even have something special for our little animal friends with our new geometric dog bowls that are practical and stylish for any pooch.
To witness these beautiful products and our geometric craze in action as well as a diverse range of of funky homewares come visit us at our Milly and Eugene store in Charing Cross, Sydney open 7 days a week. When thinking about home interiors, like me, you might cringe at the memory of your childhood home. The best version of our family home was new green carpet and a black high-backed vinyl lounge with orange nylon-cushioned seating. My mother was proud of her modern choices and teamed up the “mod look” with a teak extender dining table and a sliding-door settee. The bright green kitchen cupboards and red laminex kitchen table and chairs were all part of the ‘70’s look.
