At Milly and Eugene we want your online shopping experience to be as easy and problem free as possible. We value the time you have spent on our website and want you to feel confident in the purchasing process. Milly and Eugene are more then happy to accept exchanges or exchange for store credit with the following terms.
If your purchase is not what you expected;
- Milly and Eugene must be notified by email within the first 7 days of receiving your item, explaining you would like to return your purchase.
- The item will need to be returned with original tags and packaging, to Milly and Eugene, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Postage and handling in this situation will be at the expense of the customer.
- Sale items are not exchangeable.
If you receive your goods in a damaged condition the faulty product may be returned. In this case you may choose to have the product replaced at no extra postage charge or alternatively receive a full refund including postage and handling. We will need to be contacted within 7 days of receiving damaged goods in order to receive an exchange or refund.
